STEP 8 – MANDARIN MOODS

RED MANDARIN’S aroma is uplifting. It’s great to diffuse when you’re feeling down or blue. Its fresh, sweet scent will help you cheer up in no time.

This oil is also a great stress buster. If you find yourself feeling irritated or stressed out, keep RED MANDARIN on hand. You can apply topically to the skin or put a couple drops on diffuser jewelry, a scarf, or another article of clothing to help ward off stress throughout the day.

Like Bergamot Essential Oil, RED MANDARIN also has calming, soothing properties. This sets it apart from most other Citrus Oils because it can help promote feelings of relaxation and a calm atmosphere. This makes it ideal to include in diffuser blends if you would like a sweet, citrusy twist to your sleepy time blend.

• 3 drops RED MANDARIN Essential Oil

• 4 drops Restful Blend Essential Oil

MOOD USES

• Diffuse in the morning to purify the air while invigorating and brightening mood.

• Place one drop in the palm of your hand, rub hands together, and inhale deeply for a sweet, uplifting, relaxing aroma.

• Diffuse in the classroom, at work, or at home when stress levels or tension are high.

• Place on diffuser jewelry or a scarf for a long-lasting scent that promotes uplifting, calming emotions throughout the day.
