STEP 9 – DIGESTIVE SUPPORT

So far, we’ve discussed several ways RED MANDARIN can be used aromatically and topically. But it can also be used INTERNALLY, by putting one to three drops in your water or other liquids (such as tea, juice, or smoothies).

You can also place one or two drops in a veggie capsule to take internally.

Internal use can benefit the DIGESTIVE system. RED MANDARIN can help soothe occasional stomach issues, such as nausea, uncomfortable gas, and bloating.

You can also help calm your tummy by applying soothing oils to the abdomen and massaging. The next time you need DIGESTIVE help, try this roller bottle blend:

TUMMY TROUBLE ROLLER BOTTLE BLEND RECIPE

• 3 drops Digestive Blend

• 3 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 3 drops RED MANDARIN Essential Oil

Place Essential Oils in a 10 mL roller bottle, then top with Fractionated Coconut Oil or carrier of your choice. Rub on abdomen and massage in.

INTERNAL USES

• Add a few drops to a cup of juice, tea, or water for digestive benefits.*

• Add a drop to your water for a burst of flavor and to promote overall health.*
